Challenge

As the flagship corporate campus of Franklin Templeton Investments, Franklin Bay Meadows required a high-performance roofing system to protect its new construction building investment. In addition to durability, the company sought a single-source solution to simplify the process and ensure long-term reliability for its corporate headquarters.

Solution

  • Single-sourced seamless solutions
Siplast served as the sole provider of the entire roof system. This ensured seamless integration, compatibility, and guaranty coverage of all components, from one manufacturing partner.
  • Robust, high-performance protection
Paradiene® 20/30 SBS-Modified Bitumen System was installed for its proven performance. Engineered for resilience, this premium system offers multi-layer redundancy and dependable long-term durability
  • Reusable insulation for potential future labor savings
ZIC Lightweight Insulating (LWIC) Concrete System was used to provide exceptional moisture resistance, high compressive strength, and ASTM E119 fire resistance rating. Its potential reusability could allow the deck to be reroofed in the future, which may potentially reduce solid waste and labor associated with a new roof.
