About Thermafiber® RainBarrier® Mineral Wool

Siplast offers Owens Corning Thermafiber® RainBarrier® semi-rigid mineral wool product solutions which are engineered for rainscreen and cavity wall applications. Thermafiber Rainbarrier, the standard mineral wool product; Thermafiber Rainbarrier Dark, standard mineral wool product with black facing designed for visual camouflage in open joint facade systems; and Thermafiber Rainbarrier ci High Compressive where increased structural support in assemblies is needed.

These products provide high-density support for various cladding attachment systems, ensuring a gap-free fit for continuous thermal performance. As a mineral wool option for commercial walls, they provide long-term thermal efficiency and fire protection aross a wide range of commercial building designs.
