Guarantee Application Form

Before Siplast products are shipped to the job site, an intensive review process begins to ensure you receive a system that will meet your specific roofing and waterproofing needs.

The process begins with the Siplast Select Contractor applying for a guarantee based on the Siplast products proposed for your project. After our Technical Department approves the intended products and their specific uses for your building, the order is placed and the material is scheduled for delivery. System application arrangements are made by the Select Contractor, then the installation of the system begins. Before a guarantee is issued, the Select Contractor notifies Siplast that the job is complete and a final inspection by a Siplast Representative is scheduled.

When your guarantee is issued, you can be assured that a detailed and thorough process designed to ensure a successful roofing application has been followed from start to finish.
